The Stabilization and Transition Unit is for adult males and females who are housing insecure or homeless and have a current or past substance abuse disorder. Patients with any mental health conditions must have all medications for admission. Clients who use substances associated with withdrawal will not be eligible.
- Admission open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
- Assessments are completed to identify needs
- Services provided include triage services for medical and mental health needs, basic hygiene services, meals, clothing, and housing accommodations for up to 5 days
