Why Choose Us
Going Beyond Traditional Treatment

At Southwood Interventions, we understand that recovery is personal. Our individualized, patient-centered approach is designed to provide compassionate guidance, practical tools, and a safe space to start your journey.

Holistic Approach to Treatment

From medical and behavioral health services to wellness, life skills, and emotional support, we create a foundation for sustainable change.

Focus On Harm Reduction

We prioritize safety, engagement, and trust—meeting patients where they are and reducing the risks associated with substance use while building motivation for recovery.

MAR & MAT Integration

Our use of Medication-Assisted Recovery (MAR) and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) combines FDA-approved medications with counseling and therapy to stabilize patients, reduce cravings, and improve outcomes. Our medical providers are currently prescribing both Sublocade and Brixadi for those with an opiate use disorder.

Family Education, Support & Education

Recovery doesn’t happen in isolation. We actively involve families through education, support, and engagement, strengthening the network that sustains long-term success.

Strong and Active Alumni Network

Taking the First Step Toward Recovery Changes the Course of Your Life

Reclaiming your health, independence, and peace of mind starts with a single decision. Our dedicated team is here to guide you through every stage of the process with compassionate, structured care.
