DUI Services

If you have been arrested in Illinois for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or other drugs (DUI), you will be required by law (no exceptions) to have a drug and alcohol evaluation from a certified DUI service provider. You will also be required to participate in a DUI Risk Education program, and possibly in additional substance abuse intervention or treatment services. These are commonly referred to as “DUI classes”.

Through our outpatient program, Southwood Interventions is state-certified to provide evaluations, classifications, and related treatment services to anyone arrested for DUI. Our services are designed to meet your DUI evaluation needs and to satisfy court ordered treatment requirements as well as those of the Illinois Secretary of State.

As a DUI defendant, you will be expected to select your DUI service provider and you will have to pay for the evaluation. You will also be legally and financially responsible for your subsequent DUI classes and any related treatment, however Illinois certified DUI service providers must offer alcohol and drug evaluations and related services at a reduced fee to defendants who can prove inability to pay the full cost (according to established program standards).

If you’ve been arrested for DUI, we can help. Give us a call today for a prompt, affordable response to the DUI evaluation and related services you may be needing.

There is no cost for your inquiry.
