Southwood Interventions provides on-site outpatient services for individuals experiencing challenges related to substance use who can remain in their home environment and continue work or school responsibilities. Services support individuals in developing skills to improve health, functioning, and recovery outcomes. Level of care is determined through clinical assessment, and individuals needing additional support may access Withdrawal Management or Residential Treatment.

Outpatient
Southwood provides professionally directed treatment designed to support individuals in reducing the harms associated with alcohol and other drug use while strengthening skills for recovery, health, and improved functioning. Services address lifestyle, attitudinal, and behavioral factors and support each patient in developing a self-directed recovery plan that may include abstinence, medication-assisted treatment, or other harm-reduction strategies.
Intensive Outpatient
Southwood provides structured day and evening treatment programs that offer patient education, group counseling, and individual counseling. Services support individuals in developing practical skills to reduce harms associated with substance use and strengthen recovery, while allowing patients to apply these skills within their real-world environments.
