Community Partnerships
Southwood has developed partnerships throughout the behavioral health community to address specific needs such as domestic violence, housing issues and mental health crisis intervention. Additionally, these partnerships supplement our care team in the areas of cultural competence and gender-based programming. Through these partnerships, Southwood can connect our patients to services across a wide continuum of care – 85% of our patients are discharged to a continuing care resource.
